Last class reflection for 'Automation' at UNI

I was amazed to find that I could save all my favorite messages including visual arts unto my eportfolio! Before taking this class, I admired those friends who could do this. Now I am so pleased with my progress in getting to know more software. I was proud of myself yesterday when I could screen shot any photos and save as JPG to post to my personal website [I was successful in saving my favorite photo 'Yunnan Big Lotus' as my personal website Header image--it looks very pretty now if you click on my website]. You will also like the Kunming scenic spots I posted there--a big achievement for me.

Yunnan Stone Forest!

Dear All,

Yuunan Stone Forest is listed as one of the international heritage sites for protection. This place only takes one hour and half drive from my hometown Kunming, capital of Yunnan Province, southern gate of China. Stones are vividly scattering around; some look like animals, wild bushes or labyrines; others look exactly like human beings. In the park, there are beautiful ponds where you can feed fish with bread--fish just swarm in competion for grabbing your tiny piece of bread, a really exciting experience of entertaining both fish and visitors. You can google around and find some beautiful photos of Yunnan Stone Forest.

Washing tea process before drinking!

Dear All,

In my next video, I will show you a whole set of tea cups with a tea-washing filter--it is very very cute!. Normally, when you drink Pu-erh tea, you are encouraged to drink from the second round, which means you dump hot water after you poured into tea filter. For this first round, hot water cleanses the tea and it is cleaner to drink from the second round of hot water brewing. You will get the first experience after watching my next video!

Pu-erh tu cha (tea) is famous around the world!

My next project will be introducing Yunnan 'Pu-erh' tea. I will talk about the color and shapes of each type of tea. Pu-erh cha (tea) is produced in Simao, Yunnan. Tea types come in the shape of brick, mushroom, big-leaves spreading, Bing (cake-like) and some of valued tea are wrapped in banboo shoot husks stored for ages for the long-lasting value. I will have some visual arts to demonstrate. When you drink this tea, you feel much refreshed immediately and the fragrance of tea stay for long....
No No peppi Nor soda, Nor coke!! But please drink healthy tea each day to keep you well-balanced and healthy :-)

I forgot to sign in---how silly!

Dear All,
I meant to write more blogs but each time I entered I only found the buttons of new blog and others. This time I learned to sign in first to write or view my blogs. Little things do matter in life :-) I tend to neglect the details sometimes, which lead me astray. I hope you folks enjoy my Yunnan photos. Our province is the southern gate of China, rich in diverse mushrooms, tea (pu-erh tea is the most famous around the world) and plants. I love my hometown.

Yunnan 'puer' green tea

Dear female friends :-) from Animation class,

It is generally believed that Asian women have lower cancer rate than westerns! You know why? Two main reasons: Chinese and Japanese women eat more green vegetables, drink more cups of green tea and choose fresh sea weeds or sea food as the main dishes on the daily basis. The most famous green tea 'Puer tea' grown in my hometown province--Yunnan Puer.
